Martinus Leusink

treble boy soprano

Boy soprano Martinus Leusink is the son of Pieter Jan Leusink, founder of the Holland Boys Choir (aka. Stadsknapenkoor Elburg). After his voice change Martinus went on to become a tenor.

Martinus Leusink was a boy soprano with the Stadsknapenkoor Elburg sometimes called the Holland Boys Choir. He has his own solo album as well as a competent performane of Pergolesi's Stabat Mater.
He also has smaller roles on several albums including a performance of St Matthew's Passion. He is the son of the founding director Pieter Jan Leusink. He is still a member of the choir and sings solos as a counter-tenor.
