| Richard Birchall
became a chorister at St. George's Chapel in Windsor in 1992 at the age
of eight. He was appointed Head Chorister in 1996. During his time at
Windsor he sang many solos in services, concerts and broadcasts and
performed on several occasions in the presence of the Queen and other
members of the Royal Family.
Richard Birchall is an accomplished cellist and keen sportsman. He left St. George's in 1997, having won both academic and music scholarships to Winchester College. Recorded in St. George's Chapel on the 9th of April, and 27th and 28th October 1997 and released only privately at first, the album is now being sold by Tadpole Music More info on St Georges Chapel
